Not your average Rep Program

The elite program

Rep Softball is a commitment for both athletes and families. We train and play most of the year. We travel. A lot.

Through partnerships with our communities, sponsors, families and businesses our athletes are provided with the best opportunities to play, train and grow here in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.

We work to provide athlete driven opportunities and pathways for those wanting to pursue softball post secondary and we set up training opportunities unlike any other Softball Program in the Okanagan. We also like to have a lot of fun, on and off the field.

Here at Elite our motto has always been Stronger Together. We train together, our older groups work with the younger groups to push them, mentor them and inspire that next level of play. Our coaches plan practices together and we try our best to attend the same tournaments to support and cheer each other on. We are an association that works together for the greater good of the athletes, families and the team.

As an association, a team, and our families, we are always stronger together.
